I wanted to say thank you to you and your team for looking after our Alfie on Saturday and giving him his first mini Schnauzer haircut. He was a complete fuzz ball when we left him with you and transformed him into a proper little gent, he looked so smart and so grown up. Claire makes sure she is booked in at a quiet time and is very patient with her. She has since come on leaps and bounds and whilst she will never pull to get in she doesn't shake any more either
